I would have to say toward end of the night, I fight had broke out. So we all headed to Raindrops Night Club which is part of the casino… I knew I had to drive so I did not drink. We all order drinks after the first around the waitress came by and picked up the drink and we tried to order a second around but she said she is only allowed to service only one alcohol drink. All the tickets were sold out so we ended up just hanging out at the sports bar. Anyway to move on with my story, I came with fifteen friends of mine to Spirit Mountain Casino to attend a concert. REMEMBER ONE THING “if it wasn’t for the customer, you would have a job”.
I’ve been noticing a lot of companies are putting their employee in training in how to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and also going above and beyond for the customer. That’s okay! As you can see with the economy the way it is, people are spending their money a lot wiser where they are getting the biggest bang for their buck and for the company that sells “service” the people re-evaluating the customer service, basically how the company is treating the customer and how the customer is being value by the company. I’ve learned in this day and age “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is “EVERYTHING,” you may or may not agree with me. MOST RACIES PLACE… I would like to share an incident that happen on Sunday at Sprit Mountain Casino in their new club that just open on Saturday calls Raindrops Night Club.
